How do I connect my Gmail account?

Tap "Continue with Google" on the login screen. InboxIQ will request read-only access to your Gmail. We never modify or delete your emails.

How do I generate a digest?

From the Dashboard, tap the "Generate Digest" button. Our AI will analyze your recent emails and create a categorized summary with highlights and action items.

What's included in the free plan?

Free users can generate up to 3 digests per day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited digests, email delivery, automatic scheduling, and priority support.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Tap the "Upgrade" button on the Dashboard or navigate to the Paywall screen. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions.

How do I restore my purchase?

On the Paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases". This will check your Apple ID or Google account for an active InboxIQ Pro subscription.

How do I disconnect my Gmail account?

You can revoke InboxIQ's access to your Gmail at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing InboxIQ.

Is my email data safe?

Yes. We only request read-only access and never store your full emails. Email content is processed in real-time for digest generation and is not retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
