InboxIQ

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InboxIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InboxIQ is a mobile application that provides AI-powered email digest summaries. The App connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth to read your emails and generate categorized summaries, highlights, and action items.

3. Account and Authentication

• You must authenticate with a valid Google account to use InboxIQ.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• You grant InboxIQ read-only access to your Gmail account. The App does not send, modify, or delete any emails.

4. Subscription and Billing

• InboxIQ offers a free trial period of 5 days with limited features (3 digests per day).
• After the trial expires, a Pro subscription is required to continue using the App.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to collect or harvest data from other users
• Resell or redistribute the App or its services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InboxIQ — including design, code, text, and graphics — are owned by InboxIQ and are protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated summaries produced for your account are provided for your personal use only.

7. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• The App accesses your Gmail data in read-only mode solely to generate email summaries.
• Raw email content is not permanently stored. Only AI-generated summaries and metadata (sender, subject, category) are retained.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

InboxIQ integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail API, Google Gemini AI, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InboxIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated summaries will be completely accurate
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed emails, or inaccurate summaries.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
